Wouldn't Teenagers Be Really Prone To Hairloss? (dht Surge)

I was doing some thinking the other night, and I was thinking about how DHT, the hormone behind hair loss, plays a big part in teenagers and men as they go through puberty, etc.

So wouldn't all teenagers experience some sort of hairloss due to the fluctuating and high levels of DHT? This doesn't seem to be the case though. Why is that?

Who knows if DHT is the only hormone involved?

Further, it might take years of DHT exposure for the hair follicles to die.

hair loss is due to the cumulative exposure to DHT over time in sensitive androgen receptors.
Perhaps teenagers haven't been exposed to DHT for long enough, and most teenagers don't have androgen sensitive hair follicles.
