My hairline has receded a bit but it is not that bad. Lately I'm worrying about the top of my head. It looks thinner compared to the back of my head. Is it diffuse? Does Finasteride work for diffusing?

and yes finasteride works for diffuse, you wont lost any more hair if you take it

Yes finasteride works for diffuseing. Probably better than receding.

Your hair thinning looks minor. I would recommend rogaine also as it thickens hair

I have been using Minoxidil for 2 months and there is some new hairs in my temples. But it hasn't thickened my hair.
