Be morbidly obese (Bmi >40) with a norwood 1

Or in great shape with a norwood 5/6?

goes either way i guess, im pretty big into fitness so i could probably bring that bmi down while keeping the hair and not having to deal with sides from finasteride or maintain a regrowth treatment for life.

otherwise i am in pretty good shape now using finasteride/min/nizoral.

Kind of hard choice, both situations can be equally bad.
If one is very fit but NW6, he MAY feel that it would have been better to be very fat and NW1.
But if he's very fat and NW1, he may want to be in shape, etc.
Anyway, from the health point of view, it's better the second: great shape and NW6(especially if yu look decent buzzed/shaved head).
With morbid obesity, i guess the life expectancy is not very great, and even from the estetic pov, an obses man is ugly.

Id rather be able to move with dignity and have proper posture than live in the fear of diabetes and heart problems.

Some might not share my opinion but i have seen myself how it feels to be fat and be unable to eat what you want.
Counting your calories and hoping you don't get stomach acid from eating something chilly

I suppose it depends on how long you've been morbidly obese and how long it would take to lose the weight. Problem is if you lose the weight super fast you're left with tonnes of flabby skin which imo is even worse than balding in itself.

In an idea world we wouldn't have to be either but i remember asking these kind of questions to myself when trying to bargain

Thats rubbish and doctors are just big shills for diet companies. Didn't you know you can be healthy at every size?

depends man

if you include having the cheekbones and jawline of handsome squidward, one can pull off the bald look with ease

If I looked like Freddie I wouldn't even be on this forum, I would be on my private yacht drinking champagne and drilling high class hookers

you see fat people on tv shows drop 70kgs in a year. so yes i would be ok being fat for a year if i could be nw1. as for the flabby skin there are surgeries to remove that easily. this question is a no brainer tbh
