I found this pic online of them comparing rosemary oil to minoxidil 2%
minoxidil 2% regrew about 1.5% of hair and the rosemary oil regrew about 5% so its better than the low strength minoxidil. Probably weaker than 5% minoxidil tho..
Idk I wish I could find more results with it I’d say it’s worth using no matter what regimen you’re on right now because if it’s either stopping hairloss or regrowing it and has no side effects no reason not to use it. I’d say even if it stopped hairloss it would be worth it. The fact that it’s regrowing shows that it’s definitely stopping
