I wonder, I did some reading on those proteins. They seem to relate to stem cell proliferation and you will also find paper about wnt crossovers if you google. However, I was not able to find anything related to hair growth.
It would be simple, just hold your scalp five min under hot water (42 celsius), if I remember correctly.
