Hello, I am a 20 year old guy. Noticed my hair thinning, and falling out heavily. My pillow case etc was covered with hair. So I started panicing because my hair is very important to me.
Normally even with soaking wet hair I could never see my scalp, because I had very thick hair, but now when I come out of the shower and I keep my hair half wet half dry I kinda see my scalp.
My hairline also moved quite a bit, its still norwood 0 and actually better then before when I had an abnormally low hairline and round. But I dont want it to move much more backwards.
The biggest change was my crown, it has become much bigger, and was initially the trigger for me to find a solution.

How to stop my hairloss? I dont need regrowth or anything with minoxidil. I just want it to stay how it is. Also if possible nothing like finasteride that blocks dht. Its probably not possible but is there something to block dht in scalp only?
Also some things i've stumbled across on while researching:
-Micro needling
-Scalp massages
-Cafeïne shampoos like ketoconazole shampoo
-minoxidil
-finasteride
-Pyrilutamide (Kintor)
-Castor / pepermint oil
-Supplement stacks
Please give me advice, or tell me about your own experiences. I am very eager to learn and try combat my hairloss.
