Is seti a precursor for making PGE2 effective as Seti blocks PGD2? Or would PGE2 on its on have some effectiveness. Really need an alternative to minoxidil. Any insight would be appreciated.

Bro we need fevipiprant. One blocks PGD2 and the other helps you grow.
Good question. My personal theory is we don't need PGD2 blockers.
1. There was a paper that came out recently saying that PGD2 was NOT upregulated in balding scalp, but rather PGDS
2. Westonci only experienced regrowth adding PGE2, said seti didn't do anything in retrospect (seti didn't work for asthma though, so maybe it just sucks)
3. PGE2fa analogues have big success in all studies
4. Seti study failed
Jury is still out but I think so. Someone should try topical fevi alone and see if they lose ground.

Thanks for the insight, i previously ordered some from Kane and it has just arrived. Wondering if its worth trying without the PGD2 blocker. Is fevi the go to now over seti though?

Does anyone combine minoxidil with PGE2? I think PGE2 is really underrated.
Yep. Seti is a failed drug. It could be just that seti is a sh*t drug, and so it didn't do anything for Westonci and failed the Allergen trial. Fevi is a breakthrough drug for asthma.
