I've been shedding heavily for a month now, about 70% of my hairloss occurred in that time. I've tried nizoral so far twice a week, but have massive shedding every time I use it (thick hairs too). I've been taking pumpkin seed oil but that's not helping. My hair falls out every time I touch it in the frontal area, and I've noticed the temple hairs have pretty much went from medium thickness to totally falling out. So I'm willing to try Minoxidil if users can confirm it would help my type of hairloss, finesteride is out of question as I'd rather go bald than rely on it.
