well I tried propecia and had like 2-3 days of a livable itch but today it came back and it came back HARD. Completely debilitating and I’m kind of at my wits end. I know if I stop propecia that in around 1 week I’ll get itch/inflammation even worse as my dht builds back up so I figure I might as well stay on propecia and pray to god that it starts to get better again.... but in my heart I know that it won’t.

I figure if I just remove all of my hair follicles I won’t have any inflammation anymore right? I would trade a slick bald head to be rid of this inflammation in a second but I’m afraid it won’t help and is a pretty radical step

My friend, let the finasteride do it’s thing. It may take a while(months) but if you respond it will be better, if not finasteride than dutasteride. Progesterone mixed with my minoxidil has done a lot. My wife has a scalp problem and she has monestsone fruoate. That has done a lot for me. If you want my minoxidil compound, I’m more than happy to give it to you. I know your pain my brother. It feels like you have a sun burn and someone has dragged razors on your head. When it’s not bad it’s like you have ants on your head. I’ll do anything I can for you

Nah c'mon. You're not gonna laser off your hair. Memes aside Bortzu looks like it at least does something and people besides Fidia are making it. Then there's PTD-DBM. I wonder if any derm would even agree to laser a head of hair off like that. Don't do it though

Luckily my itching is a bit better today... you’re right lasering was a dumb idea.

Did your itch get better as you lost more hair? I’m hoping to one day be completely free of it
