I just read an article about ecdysterone and how it can be used in people as a steroid substitution. I know steroids cause hair loss, but supposedly ecdysterone binds to androgen receptors without the androgenic effect. I don’t know however, how it increases muscle mass without increasing testosterone. Does anyone have experience with this supplement?
