I've recently starting CB at 50mg a day dissolved in 1:1:1 (3ml) of ethanol, transcutol and PG and been applying before bed, but came to wonder if maybe twice a day (25mg x2) would be more beneficial given how short the half life is of CB (and presumably the same for those taking RU)
