Hi. I had FUE transplant back in 2017. Started diffuse thinning in 2014 and i'm now 29 years old.

I was on finasteride for few months in 2017 but stopped becouse was afraid of the sides and back then i was young and didnt know what i was doing.

Im thinking if i should try finasteride + minoxdil + microneedling for a year if i recover some hair back? Is it worth to try?

I guess i dont have much original hair left or it has a lot of miniaturization.

Worth trying IMO. If you’re a good responder to min you’ll get a lot of hair back at least for a few years. Microneedling will make your min response even better. And over the years finasteride will do its thing. I would say though that you should keep it shaved as it gets better
