Worse After 2 Months On Minoxidil, Stay On?

hi
i am a 34 year old female, 2 months on 5% minoxidil, crazy shed. in the pic is just 1 month's difference in hairline. the upper pic is from today- scalp much more visible then a month ago. should i continue with treatment? anyone get it worse before improving? have a Doctor's appointment in a week so will also consult with him but would love your input. tnx

It will shed at first if it is working. That should happen once though.

If it is continuing to shed in the same places as before, it is probably
due to whatever is causing the baldness, and probably isn't working.

First comes the shedding, that lasta a few weeks,
Once you shedded the hairfocils enters a resting phase that take 2-3 months.
Results will come in about 3-4 months time.

be patient (i know its difficult) things will get better :)

I would not say it is MUCH worse. It is widely accepted Minoxidil will actually make the hair thinner at first. I also tend to always have more hair shed...even months later. But it still works. I know how terrible it is to see long, beautiful strands shed when you are trying to grow more hair.
