I was wondering does it look like my crown is thinning? I have naturally high hairline btw but very very thick hair.

Might be thinning, unless it's always been like that. You should keep an eye on it.

is good, if you're concerned about things.
At least you're catching it early. Sooner treated, better the outcome, of course.
