Working Out and Hair Health

I've been working out all my life and i have to say that i have not noticed anything, from me or my family members that would signal working out is related to hair loss.

i was just thinking if you you are working out 5-6 times a week for a couple hours a session make sure you get extra nutrients
( Vitamins, fatty oils, proteins, minerals etc ) because your body will need more of it. If don't don't get enough nutrients, it may affects your hair slightly but it won't trigger massive hairloss.
Also make sure you get enough rest between session. You should work out every other day. If you are working out non stop every day for a long time of time you are basically doing more damage than good. Rest is as important as excercising and nutrients.
