Hello Dappy1, I think they are buying Instagram likes for their posts. Because whenever I see their before-after, it has thousands of likes without any comment. If I were in your shoes, I would be skeptical

This user 'dilek bulgurcu' (now removed) was just another one pretending to be a regular user while having his own agenda of promoting the clinic. ALL the links he posted only leads to supposedly some 'agency' which only recommends ONE surgeon, so there is a good chance his recommendation of the little known surgeon is shady. Best to stay clear.
Stick to someone with a proven track record, narrow them down to a handful and have a quote from each, do a search on all the forum posts for their personal experience with each clinic, and make your choice
