With Genes, Who Influences Your Hair Loss Pattern The Most?

Which relative has the most influence on how your hairline will look like? Is it the father, maternal grandpa, paternal gandpa, uncles, or a combination?

I dont think we really know. No one knows what genes are even involved in male pattern baldness or else we would have went in, and modified all those genes to cure it.
Your dad definitely has a strong influence on your male pattern baldness in many cases. Just from people I know, but you can get it from your moms side. It really can come from anywhere in your whole family tree, and get passed down generations but not get expressed until your the lucky one.

From what i have seen in real life, I would say the biggest role is usually straight from ur dad.

Really hard to say, I always hear people saying from your mothers side.

However, it can be a complete mix, or just only from one side. Or something total different caused by recombination or mutations. Who knows..
