Will increasing the daily finasteride dosage from 1.25 mg to 2.5 mg cause a new shedding cycle to occur as result of the higher dose?

Actually I believe that they tell you not to double up on finasteride.

It will block probably 5% more DHT, increase hair count at final mark, but what is the effect on shedding?

probably not

it;ll probably cause extra side with little extra benefit though!

tests showed that theres a steep line of dimishing returns with regards the increasing the dosage and its benefit to hair. in other words, dont do it

if you're that desperate go on low dosages of dutasteride
