I've been using Rogaine %5 for about 7 months, and I started using Nizoral %2 a month ago. I saw the first improvements in as early as 2-3 weeks. There were tiny, light colored vellus hair on my temples. I was very hopeful at those times. During this 7 months period there were increases / desreases in hair count. My hair looks "only" a little better then it was 7 months ago.
However, about 15 days ago when i was scratching my scalp i realized that I had short (1-2 mm) but strong (not vellus, these are colored and hard) hair all over my head. I checked in the mirror, and there were lots of them. Maybe they were there before but I didn't realize - i dont know, but if they all grow longer there will be a big difference in how my hair looks like.
My question is, is there anything I can do to make those short hair grow quicker? Or shall I just wait? It's been 15 days but there's no difference in their length.
