I've noticed that I've been shedding some short, tiny hairs (miniaturized hairs) that don't have the white keratin bulb on the end. That bulb indicates they are in the telogen phase...
I lose a lot of short, miniaturized hairs as well. I've been doing so consistently for about 2 months now. Some have a definite bulb on their roots, others do not, but in the end they don't seem to look like they have the potential to become actual sized and thickness hairs… I think whether or not they're in the telogen phase after shedding is different from person to person. I honestly don't like to think about it too much, it drives me crazy to obsess over it
