You could use FUE to put grafts into the scar, but then you'll have the dot scars. If it is raised, you can get it lowered some with cortizone injections. I doubt a tension scar will be raised, though. You can have the scar cut out and re-closed. It will cost you at least $1000 and maybe $5000, and will probably only get it down to 1mm, but they may get hairs under it to grow out with trcio closure.

Definitely inquire about the tricoclosure because if you are a candidate for it, you want to consider it.

In a trichophytic closure, the surgeon makes the initial incision parallel to the hair follicles and then trims away either the top or bottom wound edge so that 1 to 2mm of the top of the hair follicles at that wound edge are removed. During the “tricho†closure, the trimmed wound edge is pulled towards the opposite edge so that the bottom parts of the cut hairs are pointing slightly towards the incision (rather than directly towards the surface of the skin). The goal is that these hairs will eventually grow through the incision and thus decrease the visibility of the scar.

Remember guys, not everyone is a candidate for the triclosure and why I previously referred to having candidacy for that method of closure.
Also remember that patients heal differently, and even some can be prone to scarring or raised scarring.
Aplunk made it pretty clear. If you cut flesh, the body mends itself by forming scar tissue. It's unavoidable.
Evaluation is critical. One would think that every surgeon would ask every patient about their healing attributes "before surgery".

I have not told the doctor anything as im gonna wait a couple of months and keep interacting with u guys from these forums

WIth the money i have in my account would I rather have a new car? or hair?
The thought of a car is cool but to be honest i already have a car i could put a downpayment on a house but i cant seem to think of anything that gets me as excited as the procedure like i reinvted myself at the age of 26
