I looked at some sketches of tattoo needles into the dermis/epidermis, which include hair follicles, on google pictures. Seems to me it gets the drug cleanly through the epidermis into the dermis, which looks like where the top of the hair follicle is located.
So why can't this be used to deliver topicals like minoxidil or whatever? And they are a LOT cheaper than mesoguns.
