Will Stopping Minoxidil Negatively Affect Pre Exisiting Hairs?

I've been using finasteride and Minoxidil for my hairline for around 2 and half years. My hair has been stable but I can't really see much hairline regrowth. I know that stopping Minoxidil will cause a loss of all hair grown by Minoxidil, but will it also negatively affect all preexisting hairs in areas I've been applying it to? After 2 and half years of finasteride and Minoxidil and not much regrowth, is there any reason to keep using Minoxidil? Should I just stick with finasteride or is Minoxidil also helping maintain what I have?

ofc it does help maintain what you have, minoxidil improves blood circulation and nutrition of your follicles, myabe you arent bald yet due to minoxidil and not finasteride
