Will my regime help?

i'm 18, for 1.5 years ago I lost alot of hair, under a 6 month period, and since then those lost hairs have not grown back, I lost hair over the whole head but mostly at the crown, those hairs that grow there are thick and terminal hairs, the sides and back are also thinner. How big is my chances to make those dormant follicles to produce hair again?
I'm using Propecia, Nizoral, Vit B complex ( my doctor said I had to take it), and multivitamin caps, plus Silica.
I probably have asked this before, but was'nt sure so I posted it again
