From what ive read of experiences, it seems like people were already losing hairs while beginning minoxidil and then shed worse after starting. So, if im currently not losing hair, will i shed too with minoxidil?
For backround, i will be applying only to my temple areas to get a little thickness back. Id say im norwood 1.5-2 so im not concerned im going bald quite yet but i just want to get some thickness upfront and hopefully pull the hairline in the temple areas down some.
I will also be applying minoxidil to the face in attempt to get a thicker beard. I have plenty of follicles that are awake, enough to fill a beard, its just that they are all very thin.
I know minoxidil can enter the bloodstream and cause hair growth throughout the body, so if im only applying to the temples and face will i experience shedding on the rest of my head?
