Will hair system work with thin sides (pics)

Hi everyone,

I have been following this site for years and really appreciate learning from your experiences.

I'm considering a hair system in the future. I still have a decent head of hair but I'm loosing it rapidly. My dermatologist told me that I have male pattern baldness with diffuse thinning. However the only thing I'm really concerned about is my side hair. Past three years the density has taken a huge hit - see pics. My donor area is fine.

Will it work with a hair system in the near future?

Technically, you can still wear a hair system even with non-existent sides as there are hairstyles like that. But if that's not what you're going for, you can opt for maybe a lace hair system with low hair density and try and blend it as much as possible.
