Will Dutasteride Be Approved For Hairloss In The Us ?

I know that dutasteride has been approved recently in japan for hairloss , but do you know if it will be approved in the us or in europe ?
Is it a question of isde effect or just a marketing issue?

Let's say it was approved and one of the sides was indeed gyno. Then what? Whether it's approved or not officially it's well established that it works for hair loss. You have to try and see if it helps or not. If you get gyno then stop, or continue if it's still worth it, assuming it helps your hair loss. Finasteride is approved and has plenty of potential sides.
