Will copper peptide shampoo help if i don't use the spray??

I was wondering if I order copper peptide shampoo and conditioner, like the ones Tricomin makes, if it will do anything to regrow hair the way the spray does.

I don't feel like adding another topical to my regimen (minoxidil is a pain in the *** enough), and Tricomin spray seems a little pricey.

I would also like to use a shampoo that treats MPD at least to some degree in my off days from Nizoral, so let me know if anyone has any recommendations!
