Good evening everyone,
I am a 21 year old male and I’ve had some issues with my hair in the past years.
I started using minoxidil 6 months ago and I’ve had some results and think I am still having some.
Although, two weeks ago or so I started losing substantial amounts of hair like before starting minoxidil. I have never one day stopped applying it or done anything different. Might it have some connection with seasonal shedding as spring is coming up? I’ve gone to the doctor and he prescribed me Finasteride. Does taking finasteride make you shed in the beginning just as minoxidili did? Should I keep my hopes up and keep going with finasteride/minoxidil or just give it up already?
