Will A Dht Blood Test Tell If Propecia Is/has Lost Effectiveness?

I hear a lot of stories about people saying that after a couple of years, Propecia loses effectiveness and their male pattern baldness comes back. I am assuming this is because the body gets used to the medication and the DHT returns at high volumes?

Anyways, will a blood test be able to tell how effective propecia is at this moment in time?
