Wierd Finasteride Sides Effect That Made Me Feel Nothing When I Piss?

i took 3 pills of finasteride and got sides and i am no troll or try to scare ppl of the drug
the wierd side effect is i dont feel the need to piss after holding ir for a while even after going to the bathroom o dont get that relief feeling and don't get that eractins from holding it
what this side effect mean ?
hope for some one too help me
its been a month since I stoped i c a slight improvements
