wierd bald spot on my head

recently, i noticed a bald line on the scalp near the receding hairline, i have long hair so its not very noticable but its worry me. i am really worrying if i have something wrong in the thyroid or alopecia areata.

I am really concerned about this, but its not a circular bald patch. Its a line, badly thinned. Any experts on this?
