1) life is pain. Anyone that says anything else is selling something.

The fact is what better way to capitalize on a natural genetic thing that happens to most men. Make them feel sorry for themselves. Make them feel insecure. I say be proud of the bald! Fawk Fred and his eternal incessant misery.

2) save money.

3) no worries. No side effects. No long term concerns.

4) no worrying about if the medication is working. No more trying to hide your true self. Let it be known to the world. Embrace it.

Why is your reasoning on whether male pattern baldness should matter or not relevant to someone else? You dont care about male pattern baldness which is great, but others still will whether you give your opinion on it or not. male pattern baldness has been something men are uncomfortable with for hundreds of years and it wont go away because you think its not important for you
People are on the forum to treat male pattern baldness not ignore it and compensate by doing other things. You could say that about anything

Is it as simple as your formula? Awesome, why have I been so stressed!!!

Dude, the simple fact for a lot of us is this formula, let me break it down for you:

Hair = looking decent and presentable in a society that hinges on these things. Feeling confident in dating.

No hair = looking twenty years older and a LOT less attractive. Feeling super insecure in dating.

I agree with abcdefc. If you can accept hair loss, good for you. But there's a big reason why many of us flock to forums like this: we DESPISE hair loss with a passion. No amount of cognitive behavioural therapy will make any difference to us. We WANT our hair back, and all of us are fighting a war that is likely to last a lifetime unfortunately.

suit yourselves. but the biggest side effects i've had/have from finasteride (the only drug that works long-term) has to do with the brain.

If you think i'm stupid, or there's a few screws missing up there well then now you know why. I'm the perfect example of why you shouldn't take this piece of sh*t drug.
Rogaine had similar unwated effects. Same with the keto shampoo. It all had to do with over absorption. Granted I have super sensitive skin and that may have played a factor.

I'm just trying to recommend to everyone that it's ok to go bald. That something like this only matters if you let it matter. Men are more of a utility than piece of artwork in the end. Bald is part of being a man in some aspects. Embrace your manliness. What does having hair have anything to do with picking up girls? The 2 best men i've witnessed at picking up girls in my whole life were both bald... it's in your head.. or off of it.

It's quite clear to me that I know longer belong on this forum. And quite frankly I look forward to when/win the men of this world grow some balls, man up and start acting like going bald is f*****g better than having hair! Why? Cause it's more god damn manly that's why! You are all a bunch of depressed whiny pussys. ::mic drop::

This is just you getting side effects, or more likely - nocebo'd by finasteride and minoxidil, going bald and then bluepillin' hard over what has happened. Hate to break it to ya slick, but being bald is a social stigma whether you want to believe it or not.

Bald is part of being a man in some aspects

lol f*** right outta here. Cataracts, acne, rotting teeth and hearing loss are part of being human, but I'll bet you'd be right on the treatments for those, wouldn't you?

What does having hair have anything to do with picking up girls?

Hair is vital to aesthetics and sex and dating are all about aesthetics. No, your "confidence" isn't doin' a damn thing for ya. If she can't see herself ever wanting your dick in her mouth, she doesn't see herself wanting a nice little house with a white picket fence, nuclear family and a shitzu either. Even if you're good looking, there's a thousand more men out there with the same face only they have hair.

The 2 best men i've witnessed at picking up girls in my whole life were both bald... it's in your head.. or off of it.

STOP THE f*****g PRESSES! This guy witness a grand total of TWO guys who were good at playing within their league! Everyone go home!

man up and start acting like going bald is f*****g better than having hair!

Don't tell me what to do, chrome dome.

Cause it's more god damn manly that's why! You are all a bunch of depressed whiny pussys. ::mic drop::

Yeah, if you're "jacked" have fun looking like a skinhead criminal and enjoy making all the girls under 250lbs dry as a month old doughnut.

It's quite clear to me that I know longer belong on this forum.

Great, let me show you out

I think you're right, yoshi. finasteride really did mess up your brain. It would be hard to argue otherwise after reading this thread.

I've never understood how people can say "just shave it and be yourself" when it's the complete opposite, for the most part having hair is part of someone being themselves and shaving their head would mean changing themselves. That's the whole point of someone with male pattern baldness trying treatments, because they've had hair all their life and don't want a big change in their appearance. Hence why people who always buzzed their hair prior to male pattern baldness don't care when they start going bald.

You don't get to pick your face, and do get to pick whether you want to go bald, so the equation works like this:

Your face with hair > your face without hair

Fair point my friend.

However face over hair still wins every time... if you have both you are sorted

Baldness doesn't work for a lot of people, and for lots of reason. Anyone with a bumpy head, forget it. Game over.
