Why Isn't There Hairpieces For Nw2/3?

How come there isn't something smaller to just fill in the temple areas of a NW2 or 3 balding pattern?

yeh, i was thinking about it as well, that'd make sense even if you are nw3, going back to nw0-1 can change your look drastically
