Ive been really down lately and ive been thinking hard why hair loss has overtaken my life so much? Im taking pills daily, as well as applying topical chemicals to my head in the hope that I grow my hair back! Why? Is my health suffering? No not that I know of, only my mental health! Why does it matter so much to me? Is it pure vanity? Hmmm I don't know possibly, it could be a part of it although the helplessness is really affecting me, there are so many variables involved that even treating male pattern baldness is a mine field, take these for a year and wait for results???? 7 years on and im almost a cue ball at 25, but does it really matter??? To me, yes.

Sorry, rant over!

Yeah, I'd defintely sacrifice a toe or two for a full head of hair. Maybe even a finger! Or a kidney! I'm serious.

Because 90% of all men look better with hair - it´s just that simple. It´s vanity and it´s inhereted within our genome.

Stop blaming yourself man and one more thing - why are you using the stuff if it hasn´t worked for 7 years?

Because we do look better with hair. Some guys can pull of the shaved head look but even those guys would probably look better with their hairline still intact. The only exception to this is I think certain black men look better with a shaved head. Imagine MJ with hair??

It's because most young people have hair and if you don't then you look like a freak. If nobody had hair and you did then you would be the disgusting guy with hair on his head.

Dont be so self defeating. Words like freak are going to gnaw at the egos of many of the young men here.

So why is hairloss so hard to take? I'll tell you.

Society has been conditioned by tv and magazines to percieve a normal, healthy attractive male as almost always having a full head of hair and quite often a six pack to boot.

We all want to be attractive. We want to be respected by our peers and admired by women.

But, at the bottom of it all, our underlying motive is that we want to be happy, but we're just not sure what that means. So we take these clues that society gives us. If we can only look like these images of happy, attractive men, surely we'll be happy too.

But this is misleading.

Really all we need is the love of a good woman. Trust me on that, love is the key to happyness and percieved success in life. So if you can find a girl who doesnt care, and they're out there, f*** it all. Still if you want to look your best for her anyways, stick on the treatments, but better yet, work out. But most importantly, for her to find you irresistable and sexy, simply treat her with respect and affection.

:freaked2: DedPrez is back!

Prez, didnt you have aids? Or figure out that brushing your hair solved your hairloss? You talked so much bullshit back in the day its hard to get all the storys straight. But you're still coming here, so I guess you really do have male pattern baldness after all, despite your claims to the contrary. And clearly its still bugging you. You just cant deal, just like you cant socialize in an adult manner. All you're ever gonna do here is act like a child, demonstrating to us that you're not worthy of respect. So why do you do that to yourself? Just go in peace.
