Why don't NW6-7s just transplant all their head hair on top and body hair to the sides and back?

So they can have that short sides and back and long top look, which is very aesthetical and classic for men (elongates the face visually). As I understand that body hair won't grow long anyway, but that wouldn't be a problem with this hairstyle. Would even require less frequent hair stylist visits, because of slow growth? It will be the most amount of work you can imagine, but wouldn't it work and be worth it? Otherwise I understand that NW6-7s are turned down from hair transplants or they get really horrible results.
Obviously NW2-3 is enough. Or if one really wants a teenage hairline, then body hair in the most front too.

You mean transplant all the hair on the sides and back to the top, probably because of scarring and if you're at the NW6-7 stage there isn't much to work with.

This is Norwood 7.

If you take all the hair from nw7 area and put it on top. Then put body hair instead of the nw7 area and the temple points. Wouldn't that make a nice Norwood 3? Some thinning on the crown acceptable ofcourse.
