Just why, damn! It can't regrow proper hairline or temples, only some tiny hair and mostly peach fuzz.. (i'm still on finasteride, minoxidil 5% and nizoral since last may).
Is this normal??

No one can answer why people have more trouble regrowing terminal hairs at the hairline with ANY treatment. We just don't know. You can try dermarolling and perhaps a higher percentage minoxidil?? idk... I know that since I have been on 15% for the last 2 months, I have little vellous hairs growing all over my damn hair line. If they were to become terminal, some how some way, I would have the damn hairline of a NW1. I am still excited about them though. New hair growth of ANY kind in previously completely bald areas is an encouraging sign.

to answer your question more scientifically - It's God, laughing and mocking you.
The Bible sounds contradictory on the issue of hairloss. In one quote it sounds like a good thing, in another it sounds bad like a punishment for the unworthy. So which one is it - is baldness a good or bad thing in God's eye:
Leviticus 13:41 ESV / 22 helpful votes
And if a man's hair falls out from his forehead, he has baldness of the forehead; he is clean.
Isaiah 3:24 ESV / 19 helpful votes
Instead of perfume there will be rottenness; and instead of a belt, a rope; and instead of well-set hair, baldness; and instead of a rich robe, a skirt of sackcloth; and branding instead of beauty.

It does work on hair and temples. It wasn't tested there. In my twenties (twenty to be exact), I grew back my complete
hairline with two percent Minoxidil (only percentage around at that time, and for a script).
Actually, using Propecia (Finasteride) with Minoxidil, you will probably at least grow the middle of your hairline back.
I would recommend using it all over your diffuse scalp.
