Why Does My Hair Look This? Short Haircut

Every time for the last 4-5 years the back of head look this every time I get a short haircuf. Is it the way it is, thinning over time or what?

P:S I'm fully aware of the scar on the back of my head. Its been there my entire life I did a lot of stupid sh*t that causes injury when I was little.

That’s a close call. Either natural cowlick or male pattern baldness. You need to see a dermatologist so they can identify miniaturization or not.

I don't want to say that you have hairloss or that you dont have hairloss. But peoples hair are different and everyone was different cowlicks or ways the hair parts itself. That could be natural for you but you just happened to notice it recently and never focused on it before.
