Is it true? Im on dutasteride.
Does shed hair grow back?most people sh*t their pants the first 2-3-4 months because of the shed and quit.
I heard its just as safe as finasterideDutasteride is a castrating nuclear bomb. If that can’t save you, nothing will.
Pretty muchI think there are two main reasons people think that, the first is shedding. Old hairs damaged by dht gets pushed out to make room for thicker stronger hair, it's a good thing but some people panic and quit and they never get to the phase were the hairs grow back healthier. The testing phase is 3 months, it could take longer since you're hair isn't normal yet.
Another reason is your imagining that you're thinning, this happened to me the first few months on finasteride. When you start taking anti hair loss drugs you're sensitive, paranoid, and every hair on your comb feels like a huge loss.
I shedded for 6 months straight until it stopped. It never came backmost people sh*t their pants the first 2-3-4 months because of the shed and quit.

dutasteride. The shed stopped almost completely. I thought i would now get regrowth, which would be the logical conclusion when a massive shedding phase like that comes to an end (which is what decimated by hair by the way). Was that finasteride or dutasteride? shedding even 6 months in isn't that unusual, i have seen reports of people still getting a shed around the 12 months mark and it regrew. What is your current regimen?
