Why do i get the tingly/needle itch feeling -after- Nizoral?

I have zero dandruff, zero scalp itch, and zero redness/inflamtion etc.

But as most finasteride users, i have been told to use nizoral twice a week.

But when after i use nizoral, i get that tingly/itchy feeling, like little needles are pricking my upper temple regions (where i have the most hairloss).

What does that mean? is it a good thing? a bad thing?

how long are you leaving it in for? not everyone can tolerate it for the full recommended 5 minutes...i know i cant. you can try 2-3 minutes at 3x a week and see how that feels...

also, make sure youre using a conditioner afterwards, not only to keep from frying your hair but it can soothe the scalp a bit after the nizoral
