Why Am I So Sensetive To Pg In Monixidil ?

I've been using kirkland foam for the past month with a peace of mind.
I decided to give the kirkland liquid version another shot and after 2 days I can feel the insane itching coming, it's just a matter of days before I'll itch like a mad man all day if I won't switch back to the foam.

Is there a reason why people are very sensetive to the PG in minoxidil ?

Could there be another reason as to why the liquid version is causing insanw itching other than the PG ?

People are allergic to either minoxidil or propylene glycol if they get itchy scalp. since you can't be allergic to minoxidil， 99% chance you are allergic to Propylene glycol.
