I'm using mainly topicals (revivogen, spironolactone, minoxidil, nizoral, ACV-cayenne). I'm still loosing ground...
I think i'm going to replace revivogen with Super-Zix and just added NANO.

Is anyone maintaining with a topical regimen?

And don't start about our HairLossTalk.com moderater because i never saw any pictures of him (and he's actually promoting taking pictures...)

It's been almost 2 years now that I started my regrowth efforts. I started out w/ vitamins and minerals, minoxidil, nano, nizoral 2, revivogen, spironolactone 2%, upgraded the minoxidil to ozbrew . . .

Did that for almost 10 months - all the while losing ground.

I think that a purely topical approach might help some - but it didn't help me.

If you're going to add SuperZix anyway - you might also want to look into Azaelic Acid as a potential DHT blocker.

Though i feel for you, attempting something with only topicals. Im determined to give my treatment a year before i go for finasteride. Im only 18 and think that this is too young for finasteride, and if there is any other way i want to try it first.

A week or so ago, i would have said i would never try finasteride, however today i can really see my hair loss and it's truly scaring me. If i've lost this much in five months or so, i know how much a year is going to cost me...

However, if it comes down to it, that cost is justified. My health is more important than a year's worth of hair.

I'm looking for a topical solution as well

I am currently using crinagen twice a day. I had to stop spironolactone dues to side effects

So I am researching what else I can add

Well, I have been on a topical-only regimen for 6 months now, minoxidil for 6 months and spironolactone 2% for about 2.5 months now. As of now, overall I definitely feel I have maintained what I gained after quitting Propecia. My hair certainly looks better than before I started treatment nearly 1.33 years ago.
