genhair.com has it a lot cheaper (I think) but I'm not sure how legit that place is. I've been wanting to try their minoxidil without PPG but don't want to get ripped.

I recommend Dr. Lee. His 20$ is worth the money. If you can get a prescription from any doctor for male pattern baldness, he will accept it. You don't need to pay 20$.
I would be skeptical of any site that sells prescription medicines without asking for prescription. Genhair is one such site.
