Who tells the truth? Mirror, or photographs?

I have a degree of alopecia, yet not so big, so there are still days where I think my hair looks good


At least in the mirror, then when I take pictures, even just taking them in front of mirror, I see less volume, and a ridiculous comb.


I think it should be, or psychological, or product of light and perspective


Does anyone the same happens?

cameras have problems with contrast etc mirrors will be accurate for how it look IRL. Lighting plays a huge part
