I'm researching hair transplants and although FUE is more common these days, I'd prefer FUT because the back of my donor zone is extremely dense but my sides aren't. That said, I'm having a hard time finding good surgeons who offer FUT. Most clinics these days seem to only offer FUE. Other than going to each doctor’s own clinic, is there a site that clearly indicates if they offer FUT in addition to FUE? Who are some of the best doctors still offering FUT these days?

Your reasoning is understandable, especially if the back of your donor area appears much stronger than the sides. Still, I would not choose FUT based on photographs or visual density alone. A proper assessment should look at the density across the whole donor area, scalp laxity, hair calibre, the safe donor zone, future hair loss and whether you are comfortable with a linear scar.
I would arrange phone or video consultations with several clinics that still perform FUT regularly and send each one the same photographs. Ask how many FUT procedures they currently perform, who removes the strip and closes the donor area, how the grafts are dissected, and whether they can show clear photographs of fully healed scars as well as recipient-area results. The specialist team working alongside the doctor is particularly important in FUT because careful graft dissection and donor closure can affect the final outcome.
