One thing I know for sure is that when I was having my surgery I was beyond grateful I didn’t let cost be a factor. It’s only when you’re vulnerable on the operating having the extractions made that you realise money can be replaced but there is no going back on the surgery.

It’s not the forum, it’s taking a realistic look at my hair today. I’m 25 and using nizoral, oils nightly, and microneedling about every week or two. Finasteride 1mg decreased my libido and made me feel depressed, minoxidil seemed to mess with my heart. I’m thinking of trying rogaine foam again and being more adamant about microneedling. But looking at my hair, it really looks like sh*t right now and I’m not sure what I can realistically hope for.

Use Minoxidil again at the very least and look at “fredthebelgians” story. He was 23 and Norwood five and has had pretty good results through transplants over the years. He had surgery in Belgium.
