Who has oily scalp/skin and wash hair more than once a day?

I have extremely oily scalp/skin, and I think oily scalp is more prone to hair loss compared to normal scalp.
For those who have oily scalp, do you wash your hair twice a day? I ****ing hate oil...

I have an oily scalp but as soon as I shampoo it it becomes really dry. I only get a balanced hair oil if I workout and sweat a bit.
