Just out of curiosity, does anyone feel fatigued throughout the day?
Feeling sleepy and can't concentrate easily? If you do, please share how long this has been going on for.
For me, it probably started when I was in high school, so around 15.

Ever since I started losing my hair I've been feeling fatigued the whole time and the worse my hair loss gets the more fatigued I get. It's the stress of dealing with this living nightmare. Not only that, balding physically makes you look tired and ill and after a while you internalize that and begin to feel that way. Staring at yourself in a mirror only serves to reinforce that, as well as people asking you if you are ill, or telling you that you look tired. If I got back my full head of hair I know without a doubt that the fatigue would instantly go away. Even athletes who start to lose their hair get that tired, past-their-prime look. Think Fabregas and Nadal.

see a doctor OP there could be a number of reasons for this which are probably easily treated

Maybe because of FAP? :)
did you start fapping at 15? :)

Haha nice guess man, but no. I started fapping at 12. My puberty came kinda early.

And how is this related to hair loss?
Just for my curiosity sake. There are some posts from random sources, but none of them is very trustworthy.

Yea, I might need to get some blood tests. Also, thinking about getting a hair analysis. Btw, nice result on your dutasteride journey.

Could it be from reducing DHT so drastically ?
I don't know about that. I am not currently taking finasteride or any other "natural DHT inhibitors." I have never known what my DHT level is, but I think I have high DHT and am very sensitive to DHT just like many people on this forum. I heard hairiness, acne, and oily skin/scalp are one of symptoms of DHT sensitivity.

Firstly feeling tired all the time is definitely not affiliated with hairloss - that's ridiculous, it's like claiming cancer could be caused because someone is bald.

I cannot grow beard hair at all, no chest hair etc, very clear skin (no spots / acne at all) and I am very energetic yet I am a norwood 3 at 20 years old.

Correlation does not mean causation my friend.

I never said fatigue causes hair loss. I said there are some posts from unreliable sources saying that they could be related, but I never made a definitive statement. Also, the sources I was looking at don't directly tie hair loss with fatigue. Instead, they were trying to imply that fatigue can be a byproduct of other medical condition that is causing hair loss.

I do realize that genetics take precedence over anything that people think are related to hair loss. I am just speculating or more like hoping that something that is causing my shedding is not purely due to genetics.

Are you depressed?
Mostly not. My mood is almost always stable, not happy or sad. I get a bit down on weekends because of shedding, but that's about it.
Compared to where I was one year ago, my mood has improved greatly.
