I don't know about Dr Martnick, I'll leave that one to Damo but the ones I do know of are:

Dr Cole: $8 per graft
Dr Wolf: $7 per graft above 1200 (sliding scale)
Dr Feller: $8 per graft lunctime session (approx 200 grafts), $10 all other times

There are others but I don't know them off hand.

Killuminati Dr Martnick charges about $8 a graft.She does do singular follicle aswell.Well worth speaking to her.She does outstanding hairline work and temple work.Just look at my pictures couldnt be happier!
