who best Doctor for repair work

I had a pluggy hair transplant in early 90s then went to another Doctor who did better work to camaflouge it now that im 46 i want to get it fixed and be done with it.
which doctors do the best repair work I see some of the docs are great with virgin heads but who is truly great at punch outs and repair work to make it some what normal.
